俺の会社も似たような感じだな。
高卒で、英語全くできずsometimesすら知らないような上司が国立大学卒の奴の採用面接やって、
あいつはダメだとかTOEICが低いとか散々言いたい放題言ってるよ。
俺は最近思うんだが、世代間戦争をやるべきじゃないか。
